Go to Frankfurt (Main) Hauptbahnhof (the main railway station), then take the lift (direction Wiesbaden) and go down to the underground station. Then take the S8 or S9 (Schnellbahn - fast train) to Frankfurt (Main)Flughafen Regionalbahnhof. These subway trains go every 15 minutes or so and it takes you 10 minutes to get to the Airport.
